Season Kicks Off In September

The Inaugural season will kickoff in late September.
There will be a Preseason Fundamentals Camp
available to those new to the game.

All Skill Levels Welcome

This a Recreational/Beginner league.
All ages 18+ and all skill levels are welcome.
Our goal is to promote the game of
flag football by teaching the game.

Small Ball Game Format

The game format will be 5v5 Non-Contact Coed

Free Agent or Team Signup

Sign your entire team up or signup as a free agent.
Full teams that register will receive
an additional discount.

League Format

Game Rules

The Adult league will be using the USA Flag Football 5v5 Non-Contact game rules. Games are 25 minutes long with two 12 minute halves and a 1-minute halftime. Each week during the regular season, teams will play 2 games.

Field Setup

Standard dimensions of the field are 60 yards long by 25 yards wide with 7 yard endzones. Approved field sizes may fluctuate from 53-64 yards long when necessary, or 23-30 yards wide.

Gameplay

The offensive team takes possession of the ball at their 5-yard line and has three plays to cross mid-field. Once a team crosses mid-field they have three plays to score. If the offensive team fails to cross mid-field or does not score, the ball changes possession.
